Our Shipping Policy

At First Nations Fashionista, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and timely delivery of your handcrafted accessories. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of products purchased from our website. Please review the information below carefully. 

 

We currently offer free standard shipping within Australia with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days (excluding rural and remote areas).  Delivery times are estimates and does not include the processing time, which is generally 1-2 business days.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after they are placed via the website. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.  We will notify you via email if there is any significant delay in processing your order. 

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase.

 

While we take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they leave our warehouse. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the shipment, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. In the event of a lost package, please reach out to us within 2 business days and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information.  If incorrect shipping information is provided, resulting in a returned package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If you realize that you have entered the incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately via email to correct the issue before your order is shipped.  If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or failure to pick up from a postal facility, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.  Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If you are located outside of Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@firstnationsfashionista.com to explore possible shipping arrangements.  We offer several shipping options and costs are calculated based on your location, the size and weight of the package, and the shipping method.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country. Customs regulations vary by country, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Please contact your local customs office for more information about potential fees and delays.
